Abstract:
In a cutting-edge era, we’re approaching swiftly to the headway of inventions which has prompted an increase in the sum and kind of waste being produced, prompting a waste transfer emergency. One of the impeccable biological fibers is the human hairs which is regular constituent as non-degradable civil waste in India every year as three to four tons. A single fiber of hair can withstand the load of 100-150 grams. Hair is versatile and it is equipped for recapturing its unique position on expulsion of the deformation load and additionally, it is exceptionally strong in tension. Over the most recent couple of years, biological fibers have turned into an appealing fortification for polymeric composites from economical and biological perspective. There is an increase in the environmental awareness on the planet which is getting to be conspicuous to researchers, architects and scientists as an alternative support for FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) composites, because of their minimal cost, genuinely great mechanical properties, high aspect quality, good control over plastic shrinkage, dry shrinkage cracking and furthermore lowers the permeability of concrete. By utilizing human hair in concrete, the issue of waste can be decreased as well. Subsequently, the present survey paper reports the endeavors of analysts who have tried the attainability and relevance of the human hair in concrete mix design as results in change of mechanical properties of cement.

Abstract:
This study examines the effect of service quality and price on online student purchasing decisions in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative approach with explanatory research type as well as multiple data analysis technique of regression analysis. Primary data collected through questionnaire. The sample size were ninety respondents who have ever shop online. Results indicate that partially service quality significantly influences, but the price is not significantly influence online purchasing decisions. Simultaneously service quality and price significantly influence the decision of online purchase. This article provides references on how students behave in making online purchasing decisions, so every online store have to pay attention on various aspects that influence online purchasing decisions. It is expected to attract students to buy in the stores repeatedly. This article just employed service quality and price to analyze the behavior of students deciding to buy at online store. It is recommended that further study take some other factors such as promotion, product quality, security and comfort that influence online purchasing decisions. Thus that will contribute better to online purchasing decisions.

Abstract:
Soon after independence, the government of India adopted a socialistic approach to speed up and build up the low economic profile of the country by adopting Constitution of India together with Articles of Association, Industrial Policy Resolutions and Five Year Planning Policy, which all together facilitated and encouraged establishment and faster growth of Central Public Enterprises (CPEs), to accelerate the industrialization of the country with a simultaneous need to fulfill the social responsibilities including employment generation, facilitating reservations particularly to SC and STs and reducing the regional imbalances. However, after four decades of establishing of CPEs, the India economy was facing an alarming situation with very little foreign exchange availability to meet the international trade demands, the Government of India implemented Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization under New Economic Policy (NEP), where by hither to the sectors exclusively reserved for CPEs were made open to private sectors and also allowed the CPEs to expand their domain of activities, where free market forces play a key role. Further, CPEs were subjected to Disinvestment and Privatization since 1991-92. While Disinvestment is being carried unabated ever since NEP was implemented, Government of India, based on performance CPEs were also categorized as Miniratna, Navaratna during the year 1997 to build in them a competitive advantage and during the year 2010, a few of the CPEs were categorized as Maharatna to become global giants. Under the above paradoxical scenario, where in on one hand the CPEs are being subjected to disinvestment, on the other hand several CPEs are categorized as Miniratna (74 in two categories), Navaratna (Sixteen) and Maharatna (eight) It is under such a scenario and also the fact that 25 years were over ever since the disinvestment process has begun, the present study, “Performance of Central Public Enterprises and Disinvestment – A holistic Perspective” became mandate. Data was collected over a period of 25 tears i.e. between 1992-93 and 2016-17 under four headings viz; Financial Performance, Physical Performance, Social Responsibility delivered and the Receipts of Disinvestment. Several ratios were calculated and graphical presentations were made to get a bird’s eye view of the Performance of CPEs and Disinvestment over the period of 25 years before final conclusions and suggestions were given.

Abstract:
Shaft weight optimization is an analysis to get the optimum value of the shaft dimensions which will produce the minimum weight of the shaft. The dimensions of the shaft are the outer diameter and thickness of the shaft. This research develops a simple model to optimize the weight of the shaft with various driving power values. The constraint functions are stress and displacement on the shaft. In order to evaluate the proposed optimization model, a shaft that has torsion and bending is analyzed. Finally, the optimization results have been obtained, namely optimum outer diameter and shaft thickness values for the driving power of 1 hp to 10 hp. This result can be a guideline for technical information for practitioners and designers in the industry.
