Abstract:
The next generation of volcano-domain computational tools requires that the huge amount of information generated by volcanoes and contained into Volcano-Domain Digital Archives (VDDA) is structured. In order for software agents to carry out inference and reasoning tasks on our behalf, forecasting and decision-making included, this transformation has to include semantic technologies. In this paper we present a novel ontology learning approach to build basic volcano-domain ontology models based on a unique artificial neural network algorithm. This proposal allows domain experts to have a view of the knowledge contained in and that can be extracted from VDDA. In this study, we apply Self-Organizing Maps to volcano-domain signals originated by the activity in 2006 of the Volcán de Colima, México. By applying this approach, we have generated clusters of volcanic activity and were be able to readily identify implicit relationships between important events with the help of domain experts. In particular, we have created from scratch a taxonomy of concepts and properties of the studied events, as well as a ontology of the domain. The pre-processing activities, the volcanic dataset properties, and the particular ontology learning tasks, carried out by a set of software agents used, are also described. It is important to bear in mind, that converting such as digital archives into semantic ones is to take much longer if no semi-automatic approaches are taken into account to carry out this enterprise. That is the importance of this research.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 11 - 15, Vol 07 - No. 07, 2022
Abstract:
This study reports theextraction and purification of R-Phycoerythrin (R-PE) from red seaweed Gracilaria sp. R-PE is a red pigment, a phycobiliprotein of the red algae. It is used for natural colorant in the food and cosmetic products. For freeze-dried algae and soak in phosphate buffer 20mM pH 7.1, presented better results for R-PE extraction after 2 time of extraction. The R-PE yield was 0.54 mg. g-1dw and the Purity Index (PI) of R-PE was 0.20. Then, R-PE purification was performed by the precipitation ammonium sulfate. The concentration of ammoniumsulfate precipitation (90%) and dialyzed 24h has increased the purity index of R-phycoerythrin about 3.8 times than the crude extract (CE).

Abstract:
In today's global supply chain system, more companies are using the digital supply chain platform within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to conduct the logistics functions and provide supply chain information management that helps them leverage the information, build relationships to address and solve problems and provide guidance to deal with logistical challenges (Ferdows, K. et al., 2022). First, the supply chain decision-making challenges must be considered based on designing strategic plans and implementation based on vertical or horizontal processes. Then, supply chain hurdles associated with the company regarding supply chain technological innovation and product architectures to adjust the vertical/modular structure to the horizontal/modular structure or support an integration of the supply chain capabilities based on a case design from Fine, C. H., (1998), Clockspeed: Winning Industry Control in the Age of Temporary Advantage, the study that used supply chain design "clockspeed amplification" method. Lastly, based on Bayes' theorem or Baye's Law Statistics, the digital supply chain platform will examine predictive modeling within structural dynamics (Brandvoice, 2022). Therefore, this research paper will examine the structural decision-making dynamics within supply vertical and horizontal methods best suited to determine the digital supply chain platform to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Abstract:
The design of solar traffic lights must provide reliable service as an accurate solution to overcome congestion caused by traffic light outages due to disconnections of conventional power sources. The main problem of this system is that the resulting output instability depends largely on solar irradiation falling on the surface of the solar panels. Because it is environmentally friendly, solar power can be used as an alternative to generate electricity and unused power can be stored to lithium batteries. The purpose of this study is to evaluate technically and economically to ensure that the installed system operates according to its design specifications and find out the installation cost and compare with the cost of conventional electricity. This technical evaluation is to be able to know about the main components of solar traffic namely solar panels, batteries, and traffic lights load, while the economic evaluation is to calculate the installation cost based on a 25-year projection. Data processing by using Ms excel and RETscreen software. The evaluation results show that IRR, payback period, and NPV are feasible economically and comparison of the installation of traffic light designs using solar cell sources is cheaper than conventional sources.

Abstract:
With the increased dependence on the renewable sources in the production of electrical energy; the induction generator get more importance as a basic generation unit in such systems, especially those systems which deals with wind turbine. The main reasons for that usage is the excellent properties of induction generators like low maintains, rigid, self-protection from short circuit. Etc, but the main drawbacks is the poor voltage and frequency regulation when perturbation has done in the mechanical input or electrical output of that generator. To pass this issue there is a need to develop a sufficient control system capable to meet the requirement of consumer load change or input power change with keeping both the magnitude and frequency of generated voltage at the rated values, and here is the need of the model is of great importance to study the performance of the generator and predicts what happen with various perturbation. In this paper; a dq mathematical model will be done using matlab / Simulink, and the validation for some results will be done by comparing some results with a will known paper for the same machine rating and operation conditions.

Abstract:
With the proliferation of IoT devices, the pressure of cloud computing is emerging. In order to save energy and reduce data transmission delays, mobile terminals usually require the multi-tasking load to be shifted to more powerful servers. Mobile edge computing, as an emerging solution, can meet the requirements of mobile edge devices to expand computing power by offloading tasks. In the scenario of a single terminal device and a single mobile edge server, this paper analyzes and studies the multi-task offloading problem in the scenario, and then proposes an optimization goal to reduce the system load. The system load is determined by the task completion delay and terminal device energy consumption weighted composition. Then a task offloading strategy based on particle swarm optimization is designed to solve the proposed problem. The simulation results of the algorithm are compared with the simulation results of other benchmark algorithms, which show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the load.
