Abstract: |
Cinnamomum balansae Lecomte is a rare and endangered tree species in Vietnam in general and the Central Highlands in particular, with high ecological and economic value. Information on the species’ distribution plays a crucial role in conservation efforts, especially in the context of current climate change. This study aims to apply the species distribution models (SDMs) to predict suitable habitats and potential areas where Cinnamomum balansae Lecomte appears in Ta Dung National Park, Dak Nong, Vietnam. The results recorded 72 distribution points within the study area, with 48 points used to build the model and 24 points used to test the model’s accuracy. The study utilized Pearson correlation coefficients, PCA analysis, and the JackKnife method to select 8 important variables from the initial 25 variables affecting the habitat of Cinnamomum balansae. These variables include Bio04 (temperature seasonality), Bio01 (annual mean temperature), Bio07 (annual temperature range), Bio13 (precipitation of the wettest month), current forest cover status, NDVI, slope, and elevation. The MaxEnt model yielded an AUC score of 86%, indicating good performance in predicting the current and potential distribution of the species. This model provides a solid scientific basis for identifying priority areas for habitat conservation and management, ensuring the long-term survival of the species under increasingly severe climate change conditions |

Abstract: |
This article is the third part of a comprehensive scientific study aimed at analyzing all components involved in the process of protecting the population from disasters and emergencies, and proposing a logistical system designed to improve the response and effectiveness of the actions of services responsible for this protection. Specifically, we focus on fires and firefighting, as a key factor in environmental protection. Based on the system analysis detailed in the first article, the main elements of the logistical system were defined, and in the second article, a new system was proposed. The proposed model of a logistical system for action in the event of fires and disasters includes, as an important factor, the condition of the equipment and machines used in firefighting. This key factor is the subject of the current study. The main elements involved in mathematical modeling, which aims to investigate the performance of the machines and equipment and their dependencies on various factors such as mileage, repairs, and others, are defined. A model of a logistical system for evaluating the technical system as a whole is proposed. |

Abstract: |
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) has unique characteristics, including ease of formation, lightweight properties, and corrosion resistance. Approximately 17% of all plastic produced globally is HDPE. However, its use contributes to environmental problems such as pollution and resource depletion. One way to address this issue is by recycling HDPE waste. Unlike previous research on HDPE, this study focuses on researching the mechanical properties of recycled HDPE combined with recycled polypropylene (PP). Several different HDPE-PP compositions were studied, with one of them being a blend of 95% HDPE and 5% PP. The mechanical properties investigated included hardness, Young's modulus, and impact strength. This research aims to provide valuable insights into managing HDPE plastic waste. |

Abstract: |
This article presents the development of a web application for managing CFDI (Digital Tax Receipts), automating fiscal processes like issuing, receiving, and storing electronic documents. Built using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and Ruby on Rails, the app aims to improve operational efficiency and optimize fiscal report generation. A requirement prioritization methodology ensures alignment with administrative needs. The implementation has significantly improved document management, reducing time and operational costs. The article also highlights the importance of software quality and the adoption of XML 4.0 from the SAT (Tax Administration Service). |

Abstract: |
The study aims to know the financial rights of divorced women, exploring the perspectives of Islamic jurisprudence and Afghan civil law. In the Islamic context, divorced women, who have ended their marriage, are granted specific rights such as financial support during the iddah period, the return of dowry, and the opportunity to remarry, highlighting the necessity of treating them with dignity and fairness. Post-divorce, these women often find themselves devoid of financial support, becoming a societal burden, particularly on the paternal family. This research aims to elucidate the financial entitlements of divorced women, fostering a societal understanding that financial support should be extended to them post-divorce. Objectives include delineating the financial rights of divorced women, examining the stance of Islamic jurisprudence and Afghan civil law on this matter, and drawing comparisons and contrasts between the two legal systems. Data collected from reputable sources like books, periodicals, and online platforms will be referenced to substantiate the findings. In conclusion Islamic jurisprudence and Afghan civil law delineate several rights for divorced women, encompassing provisions for sustenance, shelter, and clothing. Differentiating between scenarios, such as pre- or post-consummation divorce, these laws outline specific financial obligations, inheritance rights, and provisions for foster care and custody fees, aiming to provide clarity on the legal standing of divorced women in both Islamic and Afghan legal frameworks. |

Abstract: |
This paperanalyzes the relationshipsbetweenAccounting Information System (AIS) and the optimatization of taxburden in SMEs. The study uses data on organization, production, and use of accounting information from a sample of 216 SMEs in the manufacturingsector in Abidjan, and applies Pearson correlation, Cramer’s Phi, and Chi-square statistics to test for theserelationships. The findings show that all three variables have positive and significantrelationshipswithtaxburdenoptimization in SMEs in Abidjan. The relationhipis more pronouncedwhenusing the use of information variable. This result calls for the production of qualityaccounting information in order to makeusefulydecision. |
