Abstract: |
Aggregate Performance is study of behavior of a person who's registered on a social network. More number of individuals are connected to each other through this networks. Currently media is facing a major problem for finding the individual behavior prediction. Because of so many people having on the network, the study of their behavior is so called Social Learning. Problems rising during social learning is because of more scalability. We introduced a new framework which simplify the study of social learning and handles huge amount of data over the social media. During this process of resolution, we used efficient classification methodologies and new features of distributing the social media such as centric based clustering. |

Abstract: |
In last decades, smart materials have developed extensively and have become an important topic for re-searchers in various areas. SMA is a good candidate for active control of the smart composite structures. This paper reveals the investigation of coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of as-cast and Aluminium 2024/ Cu-Al-Ni shape memory particulate composites. These composites were subjected to shape memory effect by heating to 20° C. The stir casting technique is used to prepare the castings and machined in accordance to ASTM standards followed by heating to bring shape memory effect in the embedded particles. Coefficient of thermal expansion tests were performed in both as-cast and shape memory effect conditions. In as-cast condition the coefficient of thermal expansion values were found to decrease with increased volume fraction of Cu-Al-Ni Shape memory particles. But with shape memory effect the coefficient of thermal expansion values were found to increase with increased volume fraction of Cu-Al-Ni Shape memory particles. The coefficient of thermal expansion curves exhibited some residual strains, which were decreased with the increase volume fraction and shape memory effect of Cu-Al-Ni particles. |

Abstract: |
Leadership means, "Process of influencing group activities towards the accomplishment of goals in a given situation "and from the said definition says: # Leadership is a relationship between two or more. # Leadership does not grow in a vacuum. # Leadership is function of a leader, etc. Therefore, Total Quality Leadership is a strategic approach to producing best students from the Engineering College in India and in this regard , the new economic policies of the Govt of India aimed at globalization represent a Copernican Revolution in economic thinking in this country like India. For the competitive environment, TQL has gained wide importance in industry and is generally being introduced in Educational Institutions like Engineering College in India. However, educational system can‟t be treated as industry. But there are similarities with respect to their sub-components. Each of these viewed as a system consists of input, process, management, resources, output and feedback. For the engineering colleges the system is complex, as it involves human beings as input to and output from the system. Students are input and customer too. |

Abstract: |
The photocatalytic degradation of two model azo dyes, RemazolOrange and RemazolRed, was investigated using commercial anatase titanium dioxide (TiO2) as photocatalyst. Direct solar radiation during the duration from 12:00 p.m to 2:30 p.m was applied as an irradiation source. The percent degradation of model dyes in water was measured by UV-Visible spectroscopy. The effects of operational parameters i.e.irradiation time, initial concentration of dye, catalyst loading, and pH of solution on degradation have been investigated. The maximum degradation for Remazol Orange and Remazol Red reached to 91% and 85% respectively for the specific experimental conditions of both dye concentration of 10 mg/L with 200 mg/L anatase titanium dioxide at pH 3.0 and 180 minute irradiation. The presence of anatase phase of TiO2 was confirmed by x-ray diffraction (XRD). The morphological features of the catalyst were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). |

Abstract: |
Cloud Data management in multi tenant architecture, needs Data Sharding, Scaling, filtering and applying data encryption to share data for a particular client. Tenants are groups of assessors who need a shared instance in Multitenant Architectural Environmental Application. Every tenant's data in cloud can be shared with proper configuration management, user management and tenant functional properties. A cloud data in multi tenant cloud architecture is sharing a single cloud instance data to multiple tenants. Sharding is possibly very transparent key technique to provide splited data to the tenant in Multitenant Application and accessing correct shards information. Filtering and Encryptions are common practices can be applied in Cloud Data Management for best performance in Multitenant Cloud Application Architecture. |
