Abstract:
Taking high limit of 1 trillion, all prime numbers till that are analyzed for successive occurrence of 4 in their digits. All possible multiple successive occurrences of 4's are searched. The number of primes in different ranges of increasing powers of 10 with multiple successive 4's in their digits are compared exhaustively with those containing equal number of successive 1, 2 and 3 are compared. Within all first 12 ranges of 1 – 10n, the smallest and the largest primes with multiple successive digit 4's in them are also determined.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 14 - 25, Vol 01 - No. 08, 2016
Abstract:
Hospital A is a private hospital in Malaysia. This hospital was accredited by Joint Commission International in 2013 and part of the requirement is to implement International Patient Safety Goals. Data on the compliance to all the sixth international patient safety goals were collected for 2014 and 2015.For IPSG 1, based on the data collected, the Mean for 2014 was 99% with 1% gap due to staff not aware on the standard practices. For 2015 the Mean was 97.6%, decreased by 1.4% as compared to year 2014 due to the increase number of new staff and incomplete practicing of the two identifiers. For IPSG 2, the Mean for 2014 was 99.6% and the Mean for 2015 was 99.1% which is lower by 0.5 % compared to 2014. The main reason for the lower compliance in 2015 was due to insufficient knowledge among staff and lack of confident in giving recommendation to consultant. For both yearsof 2014 and 2015, the quality objective of 100% compliance was achieved for IPSG 3 which is related to the establishment and identification of High Alert Medication, storage and preparation, administration and Look Alike and Sound Alike management.Based on the data collected, the compliance to IPSG 4 for both years was 100%. For IPSG 5, based on the data collected, the Mean for 2014 was 75.3% followed by 75.2% in 2015 which is 0.1% lower compared to 2014. The non- compliance were mostly non-clinical staff, which failed to perform hand hygiene practices consistently according to the 5 moment‟s checklist. In term of IPSG 6, data collected from January to December 2014, the Mean for compliance was only 83.3% due to staff‟s failure to do re-assessment when there are changes in patient condition. However for year 2015 the Mean was 97.3%, increased by 14% in term of inpatients and outpatients assessment for risk of fall.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 26 - 29, Vol 01 - No. 08, 2016
Abstract:
It is artificial intelligence based chatbot using AIML built on Android. It presents the conversational system between human and computer using natural language processing. As an enhancement to well-known conversational agents like chatbots, in the proposed setting, the dialog between human and machine is intended as a query/answer monotonic process whose goal is reducing semantic ambiguity within communication and delivering the required output. The popularity of chatbots has made it useful in great variety of applications. This application will interact with the users and provide solutions to the problems. Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) comes from Extensible Markup Language (XML) which is used to build up artificial intelligence bots. In this project, AIML language is used for intelligent conversation between human and machine.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 30 - 41, Vol 01 - No. 08, 2016
Abstract:
The effect of holding time and pouring temperature on the microstructure ie., size of formation of TiB2, and its distribution pattern and hardness of Al/TiB2 in-situ composite was studied. The pouring temperatures assigned for the casting were 750 °C, 780 °C and 810 °C and the holding times were 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. Microstructures have been taken using the Optical and Scanning Electron microscope (SEM) and hardness values were measured using Brinell hardness tester for the Al/TiB2 MMC. ProCAST casting simulation software was utilized to find the cooling curves between time and temperature for all the different pouring temperatures of the ingot. The cooling rates alter the distribution pattern achieved. The hardness results indicate significant increase of improvement in hardness of Al/TiB2 MMC in comparison with as-cast composite.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 42 - 48, Vol 01 - No. 08, 2016
Abstract:
Multi-storeystructures construction by Reinforced Concrete are Subjected to most dangerous seismic waves during earthquakes .The main reason found that RCC building failure is caused due to Irregularity in its plan dimension and lateral force distribution. In this paper study is made to find the Response of the Regular and Irregular Structures having plan Irregularity located in Seismic zone V.In the Present Study, Analysis has been made by taking 10 storey building by Response Spectrum Method using ETABS 2015 and IS Code 1893:2002 (part 1).Analysis can be performed for Regular and Irregular Buildings and a height of 35.5 m in zone V by using Response Spectrum Analysis method. Behavior of structures will be found by comparing the responses in the form of maximum storey displacement, storey drift, storey stiffness, periods and frequencies of modes during earthquake. Presently there are six models. One is Regular structure and remaining are Irregular structural models, all models have different shape but having same area. An attempt is made to study the structural behavior of 3Dimensional (3D) 10 storeys RC frame building considering the primary loads and their Combinations with appropriate load factor.
