Abstract:
The work on designing of proposed HLB across mandoddi river at CH 10/6 – 10/8 on R/F to R&B to pedda dhanwada via mandoddi of waddepalli (M) of mahboobnagar district was carried out. A Bridge is a structure providing passage over an obstacle without closing the way beneath. The obstacle to be crossed may be a river, a road, railway or a valley. The bridge we are dealing with is a high level bridge which carries the roadway above the highest flood level. Highest flood level is the level of the highest calculated level for the design discharge. This HLB is proposed to reduce the severe problems of increasing traffic & to increase the transport system between the CH 10/6-10/8 to Pedda Dhanwada in Mahboobnagar District. The project is done with the collaboration of the Government of A.P., Roads and buildings department. We are going to do a case study on the present HLB which is proposed. All the design aspects are thoroughly analyzed and are present in this report. Designing a high level bridge includes: (i) Hydraulic design, (ii) Stability analysis, which includes design of pier, abutments and Wing wall, (iii) Component design i.e., design of Backing wall and Bed Block and the drawings. With rapid increase in vehicle users in our country, we are facing many traffic problems in many areas. In the way of moving across a river it is highly difficult if the structure is just a normal bridge. So in order to make the traffic flow continous and also avoid accidents, a High Level Bridge should be constructed across the major rivers. This is the only solution for elimination of such problem. This design of the bridge has been proposed to facilitate ease in commuting.

Abstract:
Today the internet users are increasing day by day so too the websites are also in the increased number. Analyzing and modeling web navigation behavior is helpful in understanding demands of online users. New viewers must follow the sequence path of top viewed websites instead of surfing randomly. Recommendation is a process to analyze users past behavior to recommend new user for purchasing products or viewing certain websites. The main aim of the proposed system is to achieve this feature so this system is designed which recommends the new user to visit the most frequently visited websites. With the help of recommendation process the time of user is saved as the top visited frequently accessed websites are shown in different manner. Also for online purchasing this system provides association between various products. For identifying the patterns the Apriori algorithm is used which shows the frequent items and is designed to operate on databases containing transactions.

The Ten Schools of Thoughts by Henry Mintzeberg
Authors:
Dr. Vidya Hattangadi
Source:
International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 32 - 36, Vol 02 - No. 01, 2017
Abstract:
A school of thought refers to intellectual tradition collectively drawn by a group of people who share common characteristics of opinion or outlook of a philosophy, discipline, belief, social movement, economics, culture, or art. In strategic management the Ten Schools of Thought model by Henry Mintzeberg is a framework that can be used to categorize the field of Strategic Management. Henry Mintzberg is an internationally acclaimed academician and author on business and management. The model describes each school in strategic perspective and provides a critical viewpoint, thus, it acts as a very good overview to the entire field of Strategic Management. While academicians and consultants focus on narrow perspectives of strategies, the business managers are able to see the larger picture. One fact about strategies is they fail when they are seen very narrowly.

Abstract:
The word "Ethics" has its origin from the word "ethos‟ which means manners. Thus we can say that Ethics is a science of morals, a treatise on rule of conduct which may be referred as "Moral Principles, in relation to business, "ethics" may be defined as the study of good and evil, right and wrong, or just and unjust action of businessmen and the corporations. It is the prime duty of the business organizations to keep their customers happy and follow a code of ethics to render the best possible goods and services to customers. As marketers we should not disregard the concern of our customers and should never try to take our customers for a ride. By no way can a business organization survive if tries to overlook the basic needs of its customers. All actions are subject to ethical imperatives and may be interpreted in an ethical light. Ethics have also always had a certain weight in the world of business and management. There are innumerable complaints from the side of customers. There are numerous voices of dissatisfaction heard from a hoard of customers all over the country. There are complaints against travel agents, transportation service provides, financial products providers, banks and many more service providers besides the manufacturer of products. The giant corporate should remember that if they do not follow ethics in their business then they would not just put the customers at a loss but the giant would create serious problem for its own existence besides eroding their customer base.
