Abstract:
The success of any organization mainly depends on effective communication and mutual data exchange between the departments associated with third party members like customers, vendors, and outsourcers. However, it is not easy to exchange data between the departments with no time elapse. Sometimes it is hard to maintain active data exchange between departments located in different areas around the globe. To overcome problems like effective communication and improved working efficiency in the company, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) makes controlling all parts of the business with a single software. This report presents opportunities and challenges of the implementation of the ERP System in multinational companies of Indian economies.

Abstract:
In order to obtain bioactivity in bone implants many biomaterials have been tested and often many of them have shown excellent results. In this regard, it is important that the biomaterial be considered safe and carry mechanical and biological properties that can make them functional. Among the most used bioactive materials for a better integration of the implant with the bone stands out Hydroxyapatite and Chitosan which are widely used biomaterials. This paper presents a review of the most commonly used bioactive coatings on Ti-6Al-4V alloy, which has been the most recommended alloy for implants today. Theoretical aspects addressed in various studies conducted in recent years were taken into consideration. The results show that this alloy has functioned as a promising substrate for implant development, with the improvement of important characteristics such as surface adhesion, corrosion and bioactivity.

Abstract:
After defining the sets, more parts prime numbers will be presented, the four-parts prime numbers from 2237 to 11020507, the five-parts prime numbers from 22273 to 77773, the six-parts prime numbers from 222323 to 373777. How many four-parts prime numbers are there in the interval (10n-1, 10n), where n is a positive integer number and n≥4? On the one hand, it has been counted by computer with up to 28-digits. On the other hand, the function (1) gives the approximate number of the four-parts prime numbers in the interval (10n-1, 10n).

Abstract:
Water availability is a function of abundant time in the rainy season and decreases in the dry season. One of the efforts to handling the availability of water is the construction of weirs or reservoirs, to collect excess water in the rainy season and use it in the dry season. In the management and development of water resources in the Batujai weir requires an analysis of water balance based on current conditions and programs in the future. This study analyzes the availability of Batujai weir water, the amount of water demand based on domestic water needs and irrigation for the next 20 years, and the current water balance of the Batujai weir and its projections for the next 20 years. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for planning and handling in the operation of the Batujai weir.
By utilizing water level data and echosounding data, IKA values (Water Availability Index) successively for 2019, 2024, 2029, 2034 and 2039 are 57.54%, 58.37%, 59.36%, 60.31%, 61.21% and 62.07%. Based on the value of IKA with a value of < 70%, the balance of demand and availability of water in Batujai is a surplus for the next 20 years (2019-2039).

Abstract:
Fiber optic technology has led to a new generation of private and industrial networks providing much larger bandwidths, high reliability and increased maximum geographical coverage. OTN or “Open Transport Network”, is a transmission system specifically conceived for the needs encountered in industrial environments. OTN is based on the latest fiber optic technology to fulfill the requirements of the environments. An industrial network is characterized by heterogeneous communication requirements, such as voice, data and video. The industrial environmental conditions also dictate the equipment’s level of robustness. Finally, the industrial domain prefers systems that are easy to install and easy to use, while being able to operate and develop over 10-15-year life cycles. As such, OTN can fulfill all these requirements for such environments. This paper discusses the key technical characteristics of an Open Transport Network and its applications in critical industrial sectors. Also, the beneficial of implementing the ONT technique in Libya will be discussed in this study.
