Abstract:
Anopheles mosquito bites from female Anopheles mosquitoes carry the Plasmodium parasites that cause malaria, a blood disease. The worst disease on the planet, malaria creates a lot of busy work for the health department. The conventional method of diagnosing malaria involves a graphic examination of human blood smears under a microscope by lab or trained workers for parasite-infected red blood cells. This method is ineffective, and the diagnosis is dependent on the knowledge and experience of the examiner. Prior to this, deep learning algorithms had been used to diagnose malaria blood smears for diagnosis before methods that use machine learning (ML) techniques and hand-engineered features on microscopic pictures of smears call for competence in analyzing textural, morphological and positional alterations of the region of interest (ROI). Mostly convolutional neural networks (CNNs), a subset of deep learning (DL) models, offer greater performance with end-to-end feature extraction and categorization. Therefore, automated malaria screening employing DL methods might be useful as a diagnostic tool. In order to improve disease screening, we examine the presentation of customized VGGNET+CNN based DL models as feature extractors for identifying the parasitized and uninfected cells. We use experiments to choose the best model layers for extracting features from the primary data. The utilization of customized CNNs as a potential technique for feature extraction for this purpose is shown by statistical validation of the actual results.

Abstract:
The concept of a bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy α-ideal and bipolar intuitionistic anti fuzzy α-ideal are a new algebraic structure of BCH-algebra are defined and some related results are investigated. The results on bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy α-ideal gives another structure of bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy α-ideal. The purpose of this study is to implement the fuzzy set theory and ideal theory of a BCH-algebra.

Abstract:
Today Safety and hygiene at work is one of the most important aspects to take into consideration to take care of the integrity and productivity of employees, as well as the building and equipment used in order to mitigate risks and learn to react in the event of an accident and/or natural disaster. The internal program allows establishing and carrying out the measures that are implemented to avoid or mitigate the destructive impact of an emergency, incident or disaster, based on the analysis of the internal and external risks to which the population is exposed. The present study was carried out in the company dedicated to the distribution of water in the Yaqui Valley, located in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora. As part of the diagnosis, a tour of the facilities was carried out, identifying the corresponding terms of reference to apply the internal program necessary for said company. Thus, the objective of implementing TRES-002-UEPC-2009 in this company was proposed, with the aim of ensuring that they have an updated internal program and thus increase safety, avoid accidents and know how to act in the event of a contingency. As a result, the areas of greatest risk were identified, as well as those of least risk, the necessary brigades were created for said dependency where the functions of the internal unit and brigade members were also described, with this and to have more control a directory of brigade members was created. . In order to have greater control, a calendar of activities was drawn up. As part of the tours that each of the materials, equipment and signs were carried out in a meticulous and exhaustive manner to detect dangers that could affect in one way or another the property or personnel who are in the dependency. To finish, a contingency plan was generated to know how to act at the time of a contingency. And finally, training was given to the staff with the aforementioned points and part of the safety and hygiene.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 24 - 34, Vol 07 - No. 12, 2022
Abstract:
With the increasingly fierce competition in the business world, batik MSMEs must implement attractive strategies, especially in marketing and selling their products. The use of internet technology at this time has grown and is widespread, and almost all people use internet technology.
To meet the needs of batik MSMEs, this website was developed using PHP as the core and CodeIgniter as the framework. Batik Indonesia Online outlets for MSMEs with a C2C ("Customer to Customer") business model is expected to help MSMEs who are engaged in the batik field sell together to establish cooperation between batik shops so that there is healthy competition so that batik consumers have many choices of batik they want and can introduce batik culture in every circle and between countries. This web utilizes MySQL as a Database Management System. From the results obtained, the website can run on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge browsers. Moreover, Batik MSMEs can get advantages from this website.

Abstract:
Within a company in the aerospace sector in the state of Sonora, it has been detected that the quality indicator has a high number of Parts Per Million (PPM) of a family of quick-install contacts, because it is not due to special causes and there are many factors that intervene during the manufacture of parts, it is proposed to use the DMAIC methodology and the objective is to reduce the indicator (PPM) by at least 10 percent to improve the quality of the family of products in the molding process.

A Benchmark Model for Language Models towards Increased Transparency
Authors:
Ayse Kok Arslan
Source:
International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 42 - 48, Vol 07 - No. 12, 2022
Abstract:
One of the mostly advanced AI technologies in recent year has been language models (LM) which necessitate a comparison or benchmark among many LM to enhance transparency of these models. The purpose of this study is to provide a fuller characterization of LMs rather than to focus on a specific aspect in order to increase societal impact. After a brief overview of the constituents of a benchmark and features of transparency, this study explores main aspects of a model - scenario, adaptation, metric- required to provide a roadmap for how to evaluate language models. Given the lack of studies in the field it is a step towards the design of more sophisticated models and aims to raise awareness of the importance of developing benchmarks for AI models.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 49 - 61, Vol 07 - No. 12, 2022
Abstract:
Cloud computing (CC) is a fast-growing technology and one of the most important technologies through which enterprises get digitalized. However, implementing and adopting an appropriate cloud service is a huge challenge and is also knowledge-intensive, needing high level of participation and ownership of IT units and business managers. Nevertheless, despite the fact that failures in cloud implementation projects can be avoided through knowledge of critical success factors (CSFs), research in this area is less often conducted, particularly in small and medium-enterprises. Thus, this paper makes contributions in this regard in theory and practice by identifying 21 CSFs through a thorough review of literature combined with interviews conducted among SMEs in Iraq. Consequently, a comprehensive model is derived as a starting point for cloud implementation in which the CSFs are assigned to the different parties involved in those projects.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 62 - 70, Vol 07 - No. 12, 2022
Abstract:
Thermal stress in the workspace needs to be taken into account, Human activities are mostly spent indoors, therefore humans need a thermal inside the building to perform activities and activities well, quiet and comfortable. Building envelope that has a basic function as a separator between the interior environment and the exterior environment. So physically, the building envelope is typical. Radiation of sunlight into the building directly through the glass on the window will light up the temperature inside the building up. This study is intended to improve the thermal performance of the building envelope and its effect on thermal comfort. The method used is quantitative by observation and measurement of air temperature, humidity, temperature, and wind speed of building of Plaza 3 Pondok Indah-Blok C3. The results of the comparison of research results in accordance with ASHRAE-55 standard showed with the highest 1 PMV 2.12 (warm) in the experiment 3. Beginning with the 2 PMV highest 2.10 (warm) in experiment 3. And the 3rd floor with the highest PMV 2, 41 (warm) in experiment 3.
