Abstract:
The process of extracting resistant starch 2 (RS2) from jackfruit seed starch using alpha-amylase enzyme under different processing conditions to remove digestible starch. At a hydrolysis temperature of 37°C and an incubation time of 14 hours with a supplemented enzyme concentration of 300 UI/ml, the highest RS2 recovery was 85.95%. Optimal values through response surface method (RSM) were determined as hydrolysis temperature of 38.13°C, enzyme concentration of 314.26UI/ml, and incubation time of 14.37 hours, resulting in an RS2 content of 90.17%, which was significantly higher than the initial natural RS2 content (63.48%). The configuration of starch granules before and after hydrolysis to remove digestible starch showed no significant changes when observed under scanning electron microscopy (SEM). These results indicate that the enzymatic extraction of RS2 is an effective method that does not alter the structure of starch granules, making it suitable for use in food processing.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the Single Channel - Single Phase Teller queuing system at PT. Bank BJB KCP Gedebage Bandung. Where there is a decrease in the percentage of queue visits in 2023 by 14.21%. Descriptive Qualitative Method by collecting data on the number of customer queue visits processed by the author, namely in the form of data on the number of customer queue visits in 2023 from January to December. The results showed that PT. Bank BJB KCP Gedebage has a queuing system machine called BJB SANTER (Integrated Customer Analysis System) which is carried out offline with features or services on the frontliner. BJB SANTER is done to pull data by Regional Office to monitor Teller performance, to ensure customer satisfaction. The author's suggestion is that PT. Bank BJB KCP Gedebage Bandung can implement a Multi Channel - Single Phase queuing system so that customers can be served simultaneously by several tellers, and can apply the BJB SANTER system can be accessed online via smartphone. So that it will be able to increase the number of customers, especially at PT. Bank BJB KCP Gedebage Bandung.

Abstract:
One of the components in the aircraft, especially the Cessna 172S, is the throttle. One of the components in the aircraft, especially the Cessna 172S, is the throttle. The throttle is a device on a Cessna type 172S training aircraft that is used to increase the amount of air used during combustion. If the throttle and mixture have not been lubricated or adjusted for a long time, it will get stuck in the gasket and rubber support in the throttle and mixture housing, which can disrupt the movement or flexibility of the throttle. To help overcome difficult throttle adjustments, special tools are needed in the form of a tracker. The existence of representative and useful tools to make things easier and save costs is really needed, therefore research to create work aids currently needs to be increased. This research aims to design a Tracker Aid for the Stuck Throtle Lever on the Cessna 172S Airplane to make it easier for Cessna 172S aircraft technicians to adjust the stuck throttle.

Abstract:
Resistant starch (RS) originates from various natural sources and brings health benefits. Through retrogradation, RS3, RS4, and RS5 are formed. This has been demonstrated in a study using starch from initial jackfruit seeds containing 63.48% resistant starch, to produce RS5. In this study, jackfruit seed starch was combined with peanut oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, olive oil at a ratio of 10:2 (w/w), along with palmitic acid, stearic acid at a ratio of 10:2 (w/w), processed under hydrothermal and non-hydrothermal conditions to form RS5. The results showed that using peanut oil resulted in the highest RS5 ratio when hydrothermally treated (86.48%) and non-hydrothermally treated (84.47%), surpassing other types of fatty oils: 81.38%, 76.15%, 73.46% respectively. Furthermore, when hydrothermally treated, using palmitic acid produced higher RS5 (80.58%) compared to stearic acid (75.87%), and the non-hydrothermally treated samples were 71.58% and 67.12% respectively. SEM analysis of the formed starch samples showed that non-hydrothermally treated samples retained their original granular structure, while hydrothermally treated samples underwent modification and agglomeration, resulting in increased resistance to hydrolysis, thus significantly increasing the RS content. Although type 5 resistant starch is not widely known, the results from the jackfruit seed starch study demonstrate great potential for future applications.

Abstract:
This study develops an automated management framework for the real-time recognition of boat entries and exits at the port. It utilizes the Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) for the acquisition of real-time image streams from the fishing port. The framework leverages computer vision techniques to analyze each frame and employs You Only Look Once version 8 (YOLOv8) for boat detection. Additionally, the BotSort algorithm (Bounding Box Object Sort and Tracking) is employed to track the detected boats. The framework also features an electronic fence designed in this research to determine whether boats are entering or departing from the port. It provides real-time cumulative counts, records relevant information in both text and images, and effectively automates the management of fishing boat entries and exits, thereby enhancing overall management efficiency.
