International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 01 - 06, Vol 08 - No. 12, 2023
Abstract:
Glycated haemoglobin does not allow you to highlight the effects that food choices, physical activity and medications have on your glycaemic control day by day. The best way to monitor and keep track of the immediate effects that these have on your blood sugar levels is self-monitoring, therefore the use of a glucometer. Thanks to this tool you have the possibility to promptly receive information that helps you to intervene in the most appropriate way, bringing or keeping your blood sugar levels as close as possible to the reference values indicated by your doctor. Currently, blood glucose meters are used to measure and control blood glucose. Diabetes is a fairly complex disease and it is important for those who suffer from it to check their blood sugar (blood sugar) periodically throughout the day to prevent dangerous complications. Many children newly diagnosed with diabetes and their families may face unique challenges when dealing with the everyday management of diabetes, including treatments, adapting to dietary changes, and the routine monitoring of blood glucose. Many questions may also arise when selecting a blood glucose meter for paediatric patients. With current blood glucose meters, even with multiple daily self-tests, high and low blood glucose levels may not be detected. Key factors that may be considered when selecting a meter include accuracy of the meter; size of the meter; small sample size required for testing; ease of use and easy-to-follow testing procedure; ability for alternate testing sites; quick testing time and availability of results; ease of portability to allow testing at school and during leisure time; easyto- read numbers on display; memory options; cost of meter and supplies. In this study we will show a new automatic portable, non-invasive device and painless for the daily continuous monitoring (24 hours a day) of blood glucose in paediatric patients.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 55 - 61, Vol 08 - No. 12, 2023
Abstract:
An experiment was carried out to detect the effect of disc seeder and the type of seed coating on the rate of wheat grain germination in a farmer's field in Kirkuk Governorate. A Russian made seeder S.Z-3.6 with double disc plough was used in order to compare the efficiency of various types of coating. These types of coating are: the traditional coating, the traditional coating with attaching a leveling harrow, the coating by using the two scrapers, and coating by increasing the field speed of the seeder by four speed levels (6, 8, 10 and 12) km/h. The indicators of regularity of vertical grain distribution, which was %, seedling emergence from the soil was %, lateral soil throw, regularity of horizontal grain distribution was %, and the average depth of grain coating (mm), were studied. The key results were summarized as follows: The increase in field speed caused an imbalance in the distribution of wheat grains inside the soil, which led to a significant decrease in the germination and emergence indicators when using the traditional coating mechanism. The treatment by attaching a leveling harrow to the traditional coating mechanism was significantly superior in most indicators of grain distribution within the soil, germination and emergence indicators compared to the traditional coating and for all levels of field speed. Moreover, the use of the two-scraper coating mechanism led to the improvement of all indicators of grain distribution within the soil with all the studied speed. This contributed to obtaining significant increases in the rate of seedlings emergence. The effect of bilateral interactions between the two factors was consistent with the individual effect of each of the studied factors.

Abstract:
Fast humans and objects detection is required to implement on image-based tracking or detection systems. There are complicated algorithms proposed for human detection, but they are getting too high process time for images. The Histogram Oriented Gradient (HOG) pedestrian detection method also consumes a considerable time when it was used in the application as stand-alone algorithm. But the accuracy of the HOG method is high. The research study is aimed to create a fast and accurate image-based tracking system by combining two algorithms together the HOG method and CamShift method. The region of interest is created by the HOG method which permits to implement the searching window of the CamShift algorithm which can be tracked the colour density tracked by the HOG method until the shape, colour density changes. The study was performed with PCC5020 camera module and both Raspberry Pi 3 model B and Intel core-i3 processor based virtual open source platforms. This proposed technique of pedestrian detection can be used for machine vision problems of light varying environment that the HOG method able to detect in the low light conditions.

Abstract:
“Robota” which is a Czech word translated as "forced labor" designed for heavy, repetitive manufacturing work. They handle tasks that are difficult, dangerous or boring to human beings. Especially military purposes, Space Shuttle Remote Manipulator Systems etc. The most common manufacturing robot is the robotic arm, which is made up of seven metal segments controlled by rotating individual stepper motors connected to each joint. This accuracy allows the computer to move the arm very precisely, repeating exactly the same movement repeatedly. An industrial robot closely resembles a human arm it has the equivalent of a shoulder, an elbow and a wrist. As a part of long project involving industry and academic collaboration, we have to develop an automatic shopping cart handling system for a super market. The basic idea of our project was to pick up selected object from the shelf and drop it to the shopping cart, to handle online customer orders, by offering customers the very best in service, selection, convenience, and value. This is a system which can successfully manipulate and handle a shopping cart, by adding all the items according to an online item list which has been ordered by an online customer. For this process we have utilized a “Web Site” as the customer interface, a “Company System”, considering the convenience of the company tasks and finally, a “Robot System” to manipulate and handle the shopping carts based on an online item list. The overall objective of this Software-Mechatronic combined IOT system is to successfully automate the series of tasks from the “customer ordering” process to the “shopping cart handling” process. The fully implemented system will be beneficial to customers, supermarkets and various marketing agents for different products. OASP will make shopping more convenient by cutting down time. Furthermore it will slash away the unwanted wasteful spending which takes place while shopping. For the super market by making shopping a more convenient experience will mean that customers will be more likely to visit the super market. It will also make it easier to for the super market to keep track of its regular customer base. At present there are systems which assist shoppers and high-end retail supermarket chains but the difference with OASP is it automatically prepare online request for customers behalf of shopping customers.

Abstract:
The integration of renewable energy sources into home power networks has gained substantial popularity in recent years, particularly in the form of hybrid solar power systems. The seamless transition between the solar power system and grid power source, known as changeover, has traditionally been a manual procedure. This can lead to inefficiencies, continuous focusing/ human attention, energy wastage, and significant disruptions to the power supply. To address these difficulties, an intelligent IoT-based navel switching system for hybrid household solar power systems is presented. This system utilizes real-time monitoring of the battery voltage of the solar system, weather conditions, and household energy demand to automate the two way switching procedure. The system integrates a combination of sensors and actuators using a microprocessor based processing on the data was used to build the cloud-based monitor platform to gather data and make decisions regarding the optimal power source for the household at any given time. All the procedures were based on the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B and it was programmed using Python. The voltage of the battery was measured using the Voltage Detection Sensor module and the power usage in the household was measured using the SCT013 60A/1V Sensor module. Weather forecasts for a specific area are monitored using the ‘openweathermap.org’ application programming interface. Updated all the parameters such as weather conditions, mode of the changeover (auto/manual), power source use at the moment, battery voltage level, power usage of household, and internet access availability for the system were displayed using a 1.8-inch 128×160 TFT LCD Color Display at the station. With the help of the Web site created in this research study, all the parameters mentioned above can be monitored remotely.

International Journal of Latest Engineering Research and Applications, pp 249 - 261, Vol 08 - No. 12, 2023
Abstract:
The present investigation delves into the flow of a magnetized non-Newtonian Williamson fluid by nonlinear mixed convection. A stagnation point regulates the fluid’s motion. The mathematical model underlying the problem is transmuted via similarity transformations to exhibit ordinary derivative equations of order three. Consequently, a numerical solution is obtained through the Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg approach in conjunction with the shooting technique. The influences of some dimensionless physical terms such as the magnetic field, Eckert, Schmidt and Prandtl numbers coupled with activation energy are discussed graphically. The numerical results demonstrate a flawless connection when compared to pertinent literature results in limited contexts. The analysis reveals a decrease in velocity profile and a rise in fluid temperature are observed when the magnitude of the viscosity and magnetic field parameters increases. An increase in radiation and heat source parameters leads to an increase in the heat transfer rate, whereas factors involving viscosity and magnetic field slow down the fluids but drive a rise in the temperature distribution. The solutal boundary structure is enhanced due to the escalating nature of activation energy, whereas a diminished trend occurs with the chemical reaction and Schmidt number.
